A carved nest sits below, while yet another owl swings on the pendulum. Instead of the standard cuckoo bird, a small hand-carved owl pops out of his single door and produces an owl call on the half and full hours. Twin pinecone counterweights keep the clock in perfect time. This beautiful clock also features a traditional cross-hatch front with scrolled hands and Roman numerals.
